Welcome! I'm Diana "Emma" Lezcano, Director of the Leaders Program.
I'm excited to have you joining us as we build a global community of technology leaders who are passionate about creating meaningful connections through exceptional events and experiences.
This training isn't just about learning how to organize meetups. It's about developing the leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence needed to represent our brand with confidence. Every ambassador plays a critical role in shaping the experience our sponsors, speakers, partners, and attendees have with our community.
Throughout this course, I'll guide you through the standards, processes, and best practices we've developed to help ambassadors succeed. You'll learn everything from event planning and sponsor relationships to community building, communication, branding, and leadership expectations. My goal is to ensure every ambassador has the tools, confidence, and support needed to create events that people genuinely look forward to attending.
